Dear friends, Well, here I am again. Trying to sell you something that should be free and accessible to everyone! Trying to sell you community care, feminine wisdom and skills learned though living life with conscious awareness. Why should you have to pay to sit around with other women when you could just go catch up at the coffee shop or go for a walk together? Why should you pay to have someone give you journal prompts when you could sit at home in your pjs to write? Why should you pay to commune on Sundays when you could go to church? Why pay for self care when you could just light some candles and take a bath with some bubbly/bubbles? Why should you commit to EIGHT WEEKS of class? (Frankly, I don't have a totally clean conscious about selling it either. And yet, it is a lifelong lesson for me to not sacrifice good for perfect. AND MotherCircle is great! Even if it costs money.) I could give you the typical reasons why wellness professionals generally require payment: I have to pay rent/to use the space and I spent money to be trained to do what I do. Sure, these are totally valid reasons in 2025 late stage capitalism where we literally commodify every last living (and now artificial) scrap of existence. But I'm actually going to push this one back on you. The consumer. Because where and how you spend your money (or don't spend it) matters! Remember those boycotts we started back in November? I'm pretty sure most people have forgotten about them or just gave up because they didn't seem to do anything. Hmmm, I believe the Montgomery bus boycotts took 8 months of commitment before they saw results. When you pay for something you are saying that you value that thing. Maybe a little, maybe a lot, but you were willing to hit "buy now" as if it mattered. Also, have you actually scheduled those coffee dates or walks in the woods with friends? Have you been journaling? This is not an indictment. It is an invitation. I love you all for reading this. I love you all for being receptive and curious about female bodies, birth, motherhood. What I asking is, what are you committed to? How are you showing up (in glorious imperfection) to help build something new (even while the old is burning)? Yes, MotherCircle is a commitment. But it is manageable. It is tangible. It has a definitive beginning and end. When you pay for MotherCircle you are making a commitment. You are committing to yourself. To the other participants. To your family. To your community. And if you don't know who that community is, MotherCircle can be a starting point. βWe start October 5, 1-2:30pm at Find Your Flow. MotherCircle also has a 3-tiered equitable pricing structure (with payment plans available)! Reply to this email if you have any questions. I can't wait to see who is committing to this round of embodied motherhood.
Blessings and stay grounded, Just so that you know all the ways I can support youLove what I offer? Please leave me a business review on Google or Yelp.

I'm a perinatal yoga teacher, doula and childbirth educator. If you make space for me in your inbox, I'll whisper my heart-felt musings on the making of Mother Culture through mothering.
Feminine Mysteries Oracle Dear friends, I was listening to some reporting on the radio about Linsday Clancey and how this is bringing forward the conversation about maternal mental health. My friend Rachel used the word revenant which is generally defined as someone who returns (to life). That she "returned" to expose an invisible but systemic flaw so that we might root out the problem. In the radio piece the expert said that this highlights the fact that there is nothing specific in the DSM...
Feminine Mysteries Oracle Dear friends, [from Dawn] Iβve started writing emails to you a few times in the last couple of weeks and every time I get stuck because thereβs something that needs to be said at the outset, but it feels like a hard thing to say because I could easily be misunderstood. I ask you to hear this with an open mind because I am saying it with an open heart. Iβve listened to a lot of people that I respect on this topic and Iβve tuned in to my inner sense of truth. Iβm...
Feminine Mysteries Oracle Dear friends, Today, we will introduce you to Veronica: Iβm Veronica, though some know me as Nomadic Oracle, Veronica Monique. I first picked up a tarot deck when I was seventeen out of pure curiosity. What I didnβt realize at the time was that tarot would become one of the tools that helped me better understand myself and the world around me. For as long as I can remember, Iβve been deeply sensitive to the emotions and energies of others. Tarot helped me develop...
